HEY MAMA!!!
Mama’s of Rutland are uniting on Thursday the 19th of December 2019 for the final buggy bootcamp of 2019 to raise money for a charity called The Lullaby Trust.
Move it Mama, is an outdoor buggy bootcamp for mum’s with little ones aged 8 weeks to 3 years old. The class takes place on Tod’s Piece Park, Uppingham, Rutland.
The class is limited to 12 spaces so that fully qualified pre & post natal speialist personal trainer, Danielle, can keep an eye on your form and give the appropriate corrections and guidance. The classes run as a 6 week course and the next course will start on Thursday the 9th of January 2020.
